Roller Lathe
The roll lathe is a plc roll lathes mainly employed to the turning processing work for cast iron, steel and Non-ferrous metal rolls. Using high speed iron steel, tungsten-carbide or other material cutters, the roll machines is able to do turning and repairing process for rolls'external cylinder, head face, complex groove face and curved surface. This machine can also process cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metal shafts of similar size and weight with rolls.
This machine mainly consists of bed, headstock, tailstock, cutter holder, hydraulic system, PLC electrical cabinet, wire holder.The machine has the characteristics of high degree of automation, strong cutting rigidity, high production efficient,stable processing dimension, compact structure, simple operation and high quality with little noise.
